New Directions Counseling Center has been providing compassionate and skilled counseling services to the South Shore since 1947.  In a comfortable and confidential atmosphere our counselors provide an individualized, dynamic, holistic, strength-based and respectful approach.

Fee: Most health insurances are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for those without coverage to accommodate all individuals who desire counseling.

Each year Interfaith’s Chaplain makes thousands of visits to hospital patients. She provides pastoral counseling and support to those suffering with poor health and assists those coping with the loss of a loved one. Financial support for this program is partially provided by numerous houses of worship across the South Shore.
